His expertise spans local and national markets, with a transaction portfolio exceeding $500 million. Greg has held key roles at JLL, CBRE, and Advantis Real Estate Services, and served as Vice President of Oxford Properties Group, overseeing all U.S. acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and management.
In addition to his real estate career, Greg was President of Morgan Studios, an advertising and design firm in Cleveland, Ohio, and currently serves as Director of Community Relations at Amalie Oil Company. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Executive Committee of the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts and Career Rebound. He has also held leadership roles with various organizations, including, the American Red Cross, NAIOP and St Mary's Episcopal Day School.
